After your interview, you should always send a thank you email to everyone that you interviewed within 24 hours. Some job seekers like to mail a personal hand written note. That is fine, but mail takes time to arrive. Always email your thank you note first.

Can you see the value of this type of thank you note? The bullet points under “Current Situation” can just be short phrases from your discussion and should be as close to the actual comments made by your interviewer as possible.
