Ability Professional Network offers two professional recruiting and our outplacement service depending upon your requirements.

Client Priority Search
A non-exclusive contingent search engagement carrying a recruiting fee of 20%, with 20% of the fee due upon engagement and the remaining 80% due upon hire.

Contingent Search
A non-exclusive search engagement carrying a recruiting fee of 25% of the candidate’s anticipated yearly compensation.

Outplacement Services
Job transition services for terminated employees including resume, cover letter and LinkedIn profile preparation along with one-on-one coaching.

Here’s how our process works:

We profile each assignment by asking you detailed questions about the open position to develop an “ideal candidate” profile. Our recruiters will also determine your goals for the position, recognizing the needs of your team and understanding your company’s culture.

We will present only top candidates for your open position. During the recruiting process, we will update you each week on our progress. We believe in operating far beyond “one hire” and are committed to your long-term success.
