Client Priority Search

A non-exclusive, contingent search with an engagement fee of $2,000 applied toward a total recruiting fee of 20% of the candidate’s first year’s compensation. We offer one-year prorated candidate guarantee with this agreement.

Contingent Search

A non-exclusive agreement carrying a recruiting fee of 25% of the candidate’s anticipated first year’s compensation. We offer a 90 candidate guarantee with this agreement.

We profile each assignment by asking you detailed questions about the open position to develop an “ideal candidate” profile. Our recruiters will also determine your goals for the position, recognizing the needs of your team and understanding your company’s culture.
